Wide-plank, stained oak flooring, marble mosaic adorning the bathrooms, iron handrails and custom cabinetry serve to create a sleek, modern and graceful style. The 3-bed, 4.5-bath home features an open, flowing floor plan that occupies lower, main and upper levels, affording privacy and ample gathering spaces.
