Our design/build service is end-to-end, whether it’s an extensive remodel or new construction.
It all starts with an initial meeting where our in-house design team reviews your goals and vision for the project. We will talk with you about various home performance options—such as Passive House, electrification and Zero Net Energy—during the conceptual phase of the design so that selected options can be incorporated into the project as early as possible. Once we have an understanding of the project, we’ll develop detailed plans and drawings as well as a budget and schedule so you will know what to expect.
Our experienced team conducts zoning and records inquiries, creates schematics, specifies fixtures and finishes and refines plans as needed. We engage with trusted experts for engineering, renderings, drafting and other specialized services. Once we get to a set of plans that you approve, we submit them to the planning department, secure the permits and handle all follow-up. With permits and approved plans in place, we begin the process of building or remodeling your home. We manage all aspects of the building phase, keeping you informed every step of the way.
